From the five boroughs to the North Shore to the Hamptons — made-to-measure kitchens, closets, and built-ins for homes that have never had a straight wall.
New York housing is a museum of non-standard construction: brownstone parlor floors in Brooklyn, pre-war co-ops on the Upper East and Upper West Sides, cast-iron lofts in Tribeca and SoHo, glass condo towers with columns in inconvenient places, Tudor and Colonial houses across Westchester and the North Shore, and shingled summer estates in the Hamptons. Not one of them was built to receive a factory's standard box — and that is precisely the gap iKitchen fills.
We are a manufacturer, not a dealer. Every kitchen, walk-in closet, vanity, and built-in is measured on site and built to the millimeter in our own facility, scribed to real plaster and real floors, with Blum, Hettich, and Häfele hardware and a lifetime warranty. Founded by interior designer Noam Perez more than thirty years ago, we have spent decades solving the specific problems New York throws at cabinetry: ten-foot ceilings that deserve full-height storage, radiators and window returns that demand built-around solutions, and galley kitchens where every cubic inch has to earn its place.
Just as important, we know the process. Alteration agreements, board packages, certificates of insurance, freight elevator reservations, summer-work rules — our team manages the paperwork and the logistics so your renovation actually happens on schedule.
Our New York showroom at 1200 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights anchors the region. From Brooklyn we serve all five boroughs, Long Island — Great Neck, the Five Towns, and the North Shore — Westchester County, and the East End, where Hamptons houses pair interior kitchens with outdoor kitchens in marine-grade aluminum built for salt air and pool-house summers.
The work spans every project type: a full brownstone gut in Park Slope, a pre-war co-op kitchen on the Upper West Side that clears its board review the first time, walk-in closets carved out of city square footage, vanities for compact New York baths, built-in libraries and media walls, and commercial cabinetry for offices and multi-unit developments.
Manufacturing happens in our own Canadian facility — a straight run down the highway from New York — which keeps lead times tight and quality under our control from drawing to installation.
