Blush-toned fluted joinery with brass frames and a stone island, in a house where the palette never raises its voice.
Custom Kitchens · Built-Ins & Wall Units · Walk-In Closets · Transitional
Fluted fronts in a blush lacquer sound like a lot and are not, because the colour is desaturated almost to a neutral. The fluting gives the shadow; the colour just warms it.
Brass framing appears around the open shelving and the glazed sections, thin enough to draw a line rather than form a border.
The island is stone with a substantial edge, deliberately the heaviest thing in a room otherwise made of soft, thin elements.
