Petrol Blue and Brass Apartment

Petrol blue is a difficult colour at scale — too green and it looks municipal, too dark and it reads black. This one was matched against the brass rather than against a chart, so the two warm and cool notes settle together.

The vanities are blue with brass pulls and a shaped mirror, wall-hung over a concrete-toned floor.

A live-edge oak table and a black bench keep the living space from being entirely hard.
